During my tenure at Zurn, I oversaw the entire spectrum of creative endeavors, from conceptualization to execution, spanning various mediums such as print ads, brochures, user interfaces, videos, and social media content. I led the charge in developing conceptual directions for product launches, advertising campaigns, and new product categories, while also orchestrating photo and video shoots to enhance our company’s assets.

After establishing new visual brand standards, I ensured consistency across all materials, working closely with a team of designers and copywriters to align with our brand messaging. Recognizing the importance of customer-centricity, I championed a shift in philosophy towards focusing on our customers’ needs and experiences.

Additionally, I implemented several process improvements to enhance communication and efficiency within the marketing department, including the adoption of cloud-based collaboration tools like box.com and Slack. I also introduced Basecamp for streamlined project organization. Overall, my efforts not only brought creative and production work in-house but also contributed to significant resource savings and elevated the company’s brand presence.

Subsequently, I spearheaded the execution of the new company’s vision across internal operations, new business pitches, and various collateral pieces. Alongside conceptualizing strategies for national and local clients, I also initiated a startup brand, crafting its name, tone, and identity from inception.
